Privacy policy
What we collect
Your name, email, and payment information (handled by Stripe — we never see your card details). The brief you submit and any attached documents. Chat logs between you and your assigned faculty. That is all.
What we do not collect
Your school. Your professor's name. Your real address (city only, for tax purposes). Tracking data outside our own domain. Social media profiles. Browsing habits.
What we share
Your assigned faculty member sees: the commission brief, your first name only, and the chat thread. They never see your full name, email, payment information, school, or commission history.
Third parties: Stripe for payment, AWS for hosting, Postmark for transactional email, and our originality-checking partners. We do not sell your data.
How long we retain
Commission records: seven years (required for tax and dispute resolution). Chat threads: two years. Drafts and final papers: deleted 90 days after commission completion, unless you request long-term storage.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data, deletion, correction, or export. Processed within 30 days.

Terms of service
What is being commissioned
A custom-written reference paper prepared by an assigned faculty member to your specifications. The paper is a finished product; how it is then used is your decision and responsibility.
What we promise
Delivery by the agreed deadline. Original work, written from scratch. Match to the brief you submit. Two weeks of free revisions. If any of these fail, you may request a refund.
What you agree to
The brief is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You will not share your account credentials. You will not raise a chargeback on a commission you have accepted (use the refund process instead).
Refund eligibility
Full refunds: missed deadline, plagiarism above 3% after one revision, cancellation before drafting begins. Partial refunds: cancellation mid-commission, prorated to faculty progress. No refunds: after acceptance of the final paper without raising issues within fourteen days.
Limitation of liability
Maximum liability is the amount paid for the commission. We are not responsible for academic outcomes; decisions about whether and how to use the paper rest with you.

Anonymity policy
Faculty
Your assigned faculty member sees the commission brief and your first name only. They have no access to your full name, school, email, payment information, or any prior commissions.
Records
Drafts and final papers are deleted from our servers 90 days after commission completion, unless you request retention. Chat logs are stored for two years for dispute resolution and then deleted.
Schools
We do not appear in any public database of writing services that schools subscribe to. We have not had a single client-side disclosure attributable to us in fifteen years.
Payments
Payment is handled by Stripe. Statements typically show "Djehuti Ventures Ltd" or similar discreet descriptors at your election. Custom descriptors available on request.
